Terms and Conditions

All goods ship with a one year warranty for repair and/or replacement from the date of purchase. This includes the ECG Machine, 10-lead ECG cable, USB Data Cable, and AC Adapter for Mobmon. as well as other Kallows’ electronic and mechanical components. Replacement/repair for any one component will be restricted to 2 items per year.  Warranty will not cover damaged, lost or misused parts. Only non-functional components will be replaced and/or repaired. 

Customer returns must first be authorized by Kallows by requesting for return authorization. Goods returned to Kallows without authorization will not be processed. Kallows is not responsible for shipments received without return authorization. Customer complaints and requests for return can be emailed to support@kallows.com. Kallows will be the direct point of contact for sales, returns and after sales warranty/service.

Customer is required to inspect the delivery and communicate any damage immediately. If the product delivered is otherwise unacceptable, then Customer must inform Kallows within 7 days of receiving the order.  Customer must track the location of medical product(s) for service or field corrective action.

Product(s) are supplied with the latest software (as applicable) and applicable software updates will be made available to the Customer.

Goods once sold will not be taken back.

Unless otherwise noted, the mobmon ECG product includes only the ECG Machine with Accessories; mobile device is not included
